Before and after of a real bathroom remodel: dated oak vanity transformed into a bright bathroom with gray shaker cabinets and quartz countertop

You're in the right place if…

  • You want a start date on paper before any money moves
  • You've been burned before — or you've heard the stories and refuse to be next
  • You own an older Central Texas home and want someone careful with it
  • You want one accountable person's name on the contract, not a company voicemail
  • Reliability matters more to you than the rock-bottom bid

And honestly, we're not for you if…

  • You're shopping purely on price — someone will always bid lower, and you should take that bid with open eyes
  • You need a start this week — a real schedule has real jobs on it, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing
  • You want a big-crew, big-office franchise experience — we're a small team by design

The story we keep hearing

You know how it usually goes around here.

You pay a deposit in the spring. Demo happens on a Monday — loud, fast, promising. By Thursday the truck is gone, the phone goes quiet, and you're left with a hole where your bathroom used to be and a contract that never actually committed to anything.

We've heard that story from too many Central Texas homeowners, and here's the part that bothers us most: it usually isn't illegal, because most remodeling contracts around here are written to avoid committing to dates at all. "A few weeks out." "Right after we wrap the job in Temple." "Soon." There's nothing on paper to miss.

That norm of vagueness is what we stand against. If your date is November 12th, it's on the contract before you pay a dime — and we're there on November 12th.

Our answer to the norm

The Written Start

Four steps, in the same order, on every job. It exists so you're never guessing about when it starts, who's coming, or who to call.

  1. 01

    Walk It

Sarah walks your bathroom in person, before any number exists. She looks at the actual room, the actual walls, and the actual plumbing — not photos.

  2. 02

    Date It

Your start date goes on the contract, in writing, before you pay a deposit. If we can't commit to a date, we tell you that instead of taking your money.

  3. 03

    Build It

Same faces, day one to done. One name on the contract, one person to call. If something changes, you hear it from Sarah first — and you hear it early.

  4. 04

    Sign Off

A final walk-around with you before anyone leaves. You point at anything that isn't right, and it gets handled before we call the job finished.

What we do

Every service, on the same written-start process

What to actually expect

No sales gloss — here's the honest shape of a remodel with us. Wondering about cost? We explain every cost driver openly on our pricing page.

The honest timeline

Most full bathroom remodels run two to four weeks of active work. Older homes can run longer, because careful demo is slower and surprises behind plaster are more common. You get the real estimate for your room at the walk-through — never a number designed to win the bid.

What we need from you

Material selections made before the job starts, clear access to the work area, and a preferred way to reach you. That's it. We handle the rest, and we tell you exactly when each decision is due.

When something goes wrong

Something eventually does — a delayed fixture, a surprise behind the wall. When it happens, you hear it from Sarah first, and you hear it early, with options in hand. What you will never get from us is silence.

What every job includes

  • A free on-site walk-through with Sarah — the owner, not a salesperson
  • A written contract with your start date on it, before you pay a deposit
  • The same small team from day one to done
  • A daily update in whatever form you want — text or call
  • Bad news delivered first, early, and by the person responsible
  • A final walk-around with you before we call the job finished

The three questions everyone asks

“How do I know you won't disappear?”

Because you'll have what most homeowners never get: a contract with a real start date on it, signed before your deposit, with the owner's name on it. Sarah walks your home in person, her name is on the paper, and she's the one who answers the phone. Vagueness is how contractors disappear — we've removed the vagueness.

“Who is actually going to be in my house?”

The same small team, day one to done — and you'll know who they are before work starts. No rotating cast of strangers, no different crew every week. One name on the contract, one person to call, the same faces every morning.

“What happens if it runs long?”

Sometimes it does — especially in older homes, where what's behind the wall gets a vote. Here's our honest answer: you hear it from Sarah first, you hear it early, and you get the new plan and the reason in the same conversation. We won't pretend delays are impossible. We promise you'll never be the last to know.

Who you're hiring

Sarah Stiles Bucio

RBP Home Services is owner-run. Sarah walks every project in person, her name goes on every contract, and she's the one who answers when you call. She started running jobs this way because she kept meeting Central Texas homeowners who had a hole in their house and nobody to call about it — and decided the fix was simple: a date on paper, and a name attached to it.

Here's exactly what happens next

You send the form or call. We set a time. Sarah walks your bathroom in person and gives you a real number and a real date — in writing, before any deposit. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
