Bathroom Remodeling
A finished bathroom, and a start date you saw in writing before you paid anything.
What this work is, in plain language
A bathroom remodel means taking the room down to what needs replacing and building it back correctly: demolition, plumbing and electrical updates as needed, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, vanity, lighting, and paint. In older Central Texas homes it often also means dealing honestly with what we find behind plaster and under cast iron — and telling you about it the day we find it.
This is for you if…
- Homeowners with one bathroom serving the whole household who need the job planned around real life
- Owners of older homes — plaster walls, cast iron tubs, original tile — who want someone careful with what's behind the wall
- Anyone who has been burned before, or is worried about being burned, and wants everything in writing first
And honestly, not if…
- If you need the cheapest possible number and nothing else matters, we won't be the right fit
- If you want a same-week start, be cautious of anyone who promises one — a real schedule has real jobs on it
Problems this work solves
- A 1970s bathroom that has needed attention for years
- One bathroom for four people, so downtime has to be planned and communicated
- Slow leaks, soft floors, failing tile, and grout that never comes clean
- A layout that made sense in 1965 and hasn't since
What's included
- Free on-site walk-through with Sarah before any number exists
- A written contract with your start date on it, before you pay a deposit
- Demolition, haul-off, and daily site cleanup
- Plumbing and electrical coordination
- Waterproofing, tile, fixtures, vanity, lighting, and paint
- A daily update in whatever form you prefer — text or call
- A final walk-around with you before the job is called done
How the job runs: The Written Start
- 01
Walk It
Sarah walks your bathroom in person, before any number exists. She looks at the actual room, the actual walls, and the actual plumbing — not photos.
- 02
Date It
Your start date goes on the contract, in writing, before you pay a deposit. If we can't commit to a date, we tell you that instead of taking your money.
- 03
Build It
Same faces, day one to done. One name on the contract, one person to call. If something changes, you hear it from Sarah first — and you hear it early.
- 04
Sign Off
A final walk-around with you before anyone leaves. You point at anything that isn't right, and it gets handled before we call the job finished.
Honest timeline expectations
Most full bathroom remodels run two to four weeks of active work, depending on scope. Older homes can run longer if we find problems behind the walls — and if we do, you hear about it the day we find it, from Sarah, with a revised plan. We don't pretend surprises can't happen; we commit to how we handle them.
What drives cost up and down is explained plainly — no figures, no games — on our pricing page.
