Painting, Drywall & Sheetrock

Clean lines, matched texture, and a crew that shows up when the contract says.

What this work is, in plain language

Painting is mostly preparation — the part you can't see when it's done and can't miss when it's skipped. We do full prep: repair, texture matching, caulk, primer, then paint. On drywall, we repair what's repairable and replace what isn't, and on plaster we give you the honest keep-or-replace conversation before anyone swings a hammer.

This is for you if…

  • Homeowners repainting whole interiors or exteriors who want it done right, once
  • Anyone with drywall damage — water stains, cracks, holes — that needs real repair, not just paint over it
  • Owners of older homes deciding what to do about aging plaster walls

And honestly, not if…

  • If it's one wall and one gallon of paint, a weekend and a roller may be all you need — we'd rather tell you that than sell you a crew

Problems this work solves

  • Water-stained ceilings that keep bleeding through fresh paint
  • Cracked plaster in an older home and no idea whether it's cosmetic or structural
  • A patchwork of textures from decades of previous repairs
  • Exterior paint that Central Texas sun has chalked and faded

What's included

  • Free on-site walk-through with Sarah
  • A written start date on the contract before your deposit
  • Full surface prep — repair, sand, caulk, prime
  • Drywall repair, replacement, and texture matching
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Daily cleanup and furniture/floor protection
  • Final walk-around in good light before we call it done

How the job runs: The Written Start

  1. 01

    Walk It

Sarah walks your bathroom in person, before any number exists. She looks at the actual room, the actual walls, and the actual plumbing — not photos.

  2. 02

    Date It

Your start date goes on the contract, in writing, before you pay a deposit. If we can't commit to a date, we tell you that instead of taking your money.

  3. 03

    Build It

Same faces, day one to done. One name on the contract, one person to call. If something changes, you hear it from Sarah first — and you hear it early.

  4. 04

    Sign Off

A final walk-around with you before anyone leaves. You point at anything that isn't right, and it gets handled before we call the job finished.

Honest timeline expectations

Room repaints run days. Whole-house interiors typically run one to two weeks. Exteriors depend on prep condition and weather. Drywall and plaster repair adds drying time between coats that can't honestly be compressed — so we don't pretend it can.

What drives cost up and down is explained plainly — no figures, no games — on our pricing page.
