Roofing

A straight answer about your roof, then a date in writing.

What this work is, in plain language

We replace roofs, build new ones, and do patch and partial repairs. Central Texas roofs take real punishment — hail, wind, and summer heat — and the honest question after a storm is usually repair or replace. We inspect, show you photos of what we found, and give you the answer we'd give a neighbor.

This is for you if…

  • Homeowners with storm damage, leaks, or a roof at the end of its life
  • Anyone who wants an honest repair-or-replace answer instead of an automatic pitch for a full roof
  • Owners of older homes whose rooflines need care, not just speed

And honestly, not if…

  • If a repair will honestly get your roof through several more years, we'll recommend the repair — homeowners chasing the cheapest full replacement from a storm-chasing crew won't find that pitch here

Problems this work solves

  • A leak that shows up in the ceiling two rooms away from its source
  • Hail damage you can't safely assess from the ground
  • Shingles at the end of their life, curling and shedding granules
  • A previous patch job that never quite held

What's included

  • Free on-site roof inspection with photos of what we find
  • An honest repair-or-replace recommendation
  • A written start date on the contract before your deposit
  • Tear-off, decking repair, underlayment, and shingles
  • Flashing, vents, and ridge work done properly
  • Full magnetic nail sweep of your yard and drive
  • Final walk-around before the job is done

How the job runs: The Written Start

  1. 01

    Walk It

Sarah walks your bathroom in person, before any number exists. She looks at the actual room, the actual walls, and the actual plumbing — not photos.

  2. 02

    Date It

Your start date goes on the contract, in writing, before you pay a deposit. If we can't commit to a date, we tell you that instead of taking your money.

  3. 03

    Build It

Same faces, day one to done. One name on the contract, one person to call. If something changes, you hear it from Sarah first — and you hear it early.

  4. 04

    Sign Off

A final walk-around with you before anyone leaves. You point at anything that isn't right, and it gets handled before we call the job finished.

Honest timeline expectations

Most residential replacements are one to three days of active work once materials are on site. Repairs are often a single day. Weather is the honest variable in roofing — when it moves the date, you hear the new plan from Sarah immediately.

What drives cost up and down is explained plainly — no figures, no games — on our pricing page.
