Fencing, Decks & Porches

Outdoor work that starts when we said it would.

What this work is, in plain language

We build wood and composite decks, covered and open porches, and privacy and ranch fencing. Outdoor work in Central Texas has its own realities — expansive clay soil that moves, sun that eats cheap stain, and spring storms that test every post hole. We build for those conditions and we're straight with you about material tradeoffs.

This is for you if…

  • Homeowners replacing a fence that Central Texas sun and storms have finished off
  • Families who want a real back porch — shade, ceiling fans, a place to sit in October
  • Anyone who has waited months for a fence crew that kept saying 'next week'

And honestly, not if…

  • If you need a fence tomorrow because of a loose dog, a temporary fix from a handyman may serve you faster — and we'll say so

Problems this work solves

  • A leaning fence the last storm nearly took
  • A deck with soft boards and rusted fasteners
  • A backyard with no shade and no reason to be out there
  • A front porch that's more step than porch

What's included

  • Free on-site walk-through with Sarah
  • A written start date on the contract before your deposit
  • Tear-out and haul-off of the old structure
  • Posts set for Central Texas clay soil
  • Wood or composite decking, railings, and stairs
  • Staining and sealing where specified
  • Final walk-around before the job is done

How the job runs: The Written Start

  1. 01

    Walk It

Sarah walks your bathroom in person, before any number exists. She looks at the actual room, the actual walls, and the actual plumbing — not photos.

  2. 02

    Date It

Your start date goes on the contract, in writing, before you pay a deposit. If we can't commit to a date, we tell you that instead of taking your money.

  3. 03

    Build It

Same faces, day one to done. One name on the contract, one person to call. If something changes, you hear it from Sarah first — and you hear it early.

  4. 04

    Sign Off

A final walk-around with you before anyone leaves. You point at anything that isn't right, and it gets handled before we call the job finished.

Honest timeline expectations

Most fence jobs run a few days to a week of active work. Decks and porches typically run one to three weeks depending on size, roofing, and electrical. Weather moves outdoor schedules — when it does, you hear the new plan from Sarah, not silence.

What drives cost up and down is explained plainly — no figures, no games — on our pricing page.
