Flooring Installation
Floors that stay flat, quiet, and tight — because the prep didn't get skipped.
What this work is, in plain language
Good flooring is mostly what happens before the flooring: subfloor repair, leveling, and moisture checks. We install tile, luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, and carpet, and we're honest about which material fits your room, your household, and your slab or pier-and-beam foundation.
This is for you if…
- Homeowners replacing worn, dated, or damaged flooring in one room or a whole house
- Owners of older homes with original wood floors deciding between refinishing and replacing
- Anyone who has had flooring fail early because the subfloor underneath was ignored
And honestly, not if…
- If your original hardwood is sound, refinishing may beat replacing — and we'll tell you that at the walk-through even though it's a smaller job for us
Problems this work solves
- Soft spots and squeaks that paint-over fixes never touched
- Flooring seams opening up over an unlevel slab
- Original wood floors hiding under decades of carpet
- A patchwork of floor types from room to room

How the job runs: The Written Start
- 01
Walk It
Sarah walks your bathroom in person, before any number exists. She looks at the actual room, the actual walls, and the actual plumbing — not photos.
- 02
Date It
Your start date goes on the contract, in writing, before you pay a deposit. If we can't commit to a date, we tell you that instead of taking your money.
- 03
Build It
Same faces, day one to done. One name on the contract, one person to call. If something changes, you hear it from Sarah first — and you hear it early.
- 04
Sign Off
A final walk-around with you before anyone leaves. You point at anything that isn't right, and it gets handled before we call the job finished.
Honest timeline expectations
Single rooms run days. Whole-house flooring typically runs one to two weeks depending on material and how much subfloor work the tear-out reveals. If the subfloor surprises us, you hear it the day we find it, with photos and options.
What drives cost up and down is explained plainly — no figures, no games — on our pricing page.
